Kim Weiss has worn many hats throughout her career including lawyer, actress and entrepreneur. In 2008 she opened her first specialty retail food franchise selling oils, vinegars and spirits. The business was so successful she was able to open two more locations in Sedona and in the Venetian in Las Vegas. To offer a broader selection of gourmet foods and spirits to her customers, Kim has stepped out on her own and created Spirits & Spice. Kim’s ability to see potential in relationships, discern quality products and always think two (or ten) steps ahead has created the perfect recipe for success.
