KALIE COOKE AND TRAVIS RINGE WED AT TLAQUEPAQUE
On Friday, October 16, 2009, we were happy to host the wedding ceremony and reception of Kalie Cooke and Travis Ringe. Sedona was experiencing unusually warm October weather on this day with temperatures near 90. Autumn was still in the air as guests enjoyed clear skies with a light breeze. In fact, the weather was perfect.
The ceremony took place on the Patio de las Campanas at the foot of the Tlaquepaque Bell Tower. As the sky turned deep blue, the lights overhead sparkled. Kalie entered the ceremony by the tiled staircase while walking along the bridge above the patio. It was a stunning entrance as guests and family members watched the procession. Bobby Russell with Sedona Sounds played classical guitar during the wedding ceremony.
The lovely wedding reception was held on the Calle Independencia. The color theme of the evening was gold and the tables and chairs were covered in golden cloth. Flowers were everywhere.
Los Abrigados Resort and Spa did a great job catering the dinner. They worked dilligently setting up the reception with all the special touches provided by the bride and groom. Family and friends helped with the chair ties. The delicious dinner was enjoyed by everyone. Bobby Russell with Sedona Sounds hosted the reception as DJ and MC. Dance music was played throughout the evening. Caleb Cooke, the bride’s brother, took the wedding photographs throughout the evening.
