Arizona and New Mexico artist Bob Rickard gets his inspiration from the beauty of Sedona and the Southwest. The patterns of nature are incorporated into each unique piece.  Each design is hand carved into aluminum  and then coated with other metals, typically copper, bronze and iron.  Each of these metals reacts differently to the chemical patinas and dyes with which he finishes the pieces.  His work reflects his love of geometry, movement and color.  This piece is only by special order and may vary slightly from the picture.
