The specialties of the house are handmade Chimichangas. Each one is hand rolled with a flour masa around your choice of beef, chicken, shrimp or chile and beans, then deep fried and served with your choice of enchilada sauce, and rice and beans or guacamole salad. For an added treat try our dessert Chimichangas: chocolate cherry, apple, peach, and more. The menu includes all your favorite traditional Mexican dishes including: tacos, enchiladas, burritos, tamales and chile rellenos. Diners say El Rincon's most important attribute is its consistent good quality and service over the years - the same reliable menu, tasty Margaritas and cheerful, efficient service.
