Shakespeare Sedona returns for its 11th Anniversary Season bringing to Northern Arizona the finest in professional classical theatre. This year the festival performs again in its original setting, outdoors, under the stars at the historic Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village. Opening the summer season on Friday, June 27, 2008 with the Merry Wives of Windsor. Directed by Founding Artistic Director Jared Sakren, the Arizona Republic wrote about the production, when it played to sold-out houses at the Mesa Arts Center, "Fine acting and raucous comedy…fine comedic merriment."

Starring AriZoni Best-Actor Richard Baird as Bolingbroke and Company Associate Artist Jason Barth in the title role. [This brand-new production is required for those wishing to understand our "War of The Roses" production in an upcoming season.
