Tlaquepaque requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500.00 for a valid reservation. Upon completion of the service, the security deposit will be refunded and mailed back within 48 hours. It is the responsibility of the wedding party to make certain that Tlaquepaque has an accurate return address for the security deposit.

All fees must be received in full prior to the wedding and all wedding reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of the above-mentioned fees.

In case of a cancellation, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation must be received no later than one week prior to the scheduled event. Any cancellation received within the seven-days prior to the event will be refunded the $500.00 security deposit only.
Please note that Tlaquepaque does not provide caterers, linens, tableware, music, flowers or candles. Our referral list will be provided after booking for local vendors, ministers, musicians and photographers. All candles must be dripless and rice throwing is not permitted. If these guidelines are not respected, Tlaquepaque reserves the right to deduct cleaning fees from the security deposit.
Tlaquepaque accepts money orders, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard.
There will be a $3.00 processing fee with credit card purchase.

You can add the Terrace of our Patio del Norte on to any Ballroom booking for a fee of $450.00. The Terrace is connected to the ballroom through a tiled walkway and accessible by two lovely staircases and convenient elevator. This spacious terrace overlooks the spectacular Patio del Norte fountain and has a beautiful overview of Tlaquepaque among the tall sycamore trees. You can see a number of our Sedona Red Rocks from the terrace for a unique feeling of sharing the beauty of Sedona. Acoustic music only is allowed on the terrace. The terrace contains a separate handicapped restroom and is accessible by elevator and stairs.
